Therapy grounded in Authenticity, creativity, and collaboration.
I specialize in harm reduction, sex therapy, and psychotherapy for adolescents, young adults, and adults. Together, we'll develop a deeper understanding of yourself within a therapeutic relationship built on trust, curiosity, and genuine connection.
I frequently work with people who…
Seeking Greater Self-Understanding And Lasting Change.
Exploring A Relationship With Substances Through A Harm Reduction Approach.
Looking For Support Around Sex, Intimacy, Or Sexual Concerns.
Living With Chronic Illness Or Chronic Pain.
Navigating Adolescence Or Young Adulthood.
Feeling Stuck In Ways Of Relating That No Longer Serve Them.
Areas of Focus
Individual Psychotherapy
I work with individuals seeking greater self-understanding and a more fulfilling life. Together, we explore the experiences, relationships, and patterns that shape your life while building on your existing strengths. I remain attentive to the impact of identity and lived experience throughout our work.
Adolescent Psychotherapy
Supporting adolescents and young adults requires a thoughtful, flexible approach. For more than 17 years, I've worked with this population in both individual and family contexts.
I have experience working with gender-expansive teens, adolescents engaging in substance use or self-harm, and first-generation American teens. My goal is to create a space where young people feel comfortable speaking honestly, asking difficult questions, and discovering more about themselves.
Harm Reduction Psychotherapy
I offer harm reduction psychotherapy for people navigating substance use, chronic illness, chronic pain, and other experiences that can feel difficult to navigate. I don't begin with assumptions about where you should end up. Together, we work to better understand your relationship with these experiences while identifying meaningful ways to reduce harm.

Sex Therapy
I work with individuals who feel stuck in their relationship with sexuality or within their sexual experiences, whether alone or with others.
Sex therapy helps people better understand the experiences contributing to distress while moving toward greater satisfaction, connection, and alignment.

Across all areas of my practice, I remain attentive to the ways systems of oppression shape individual experience.

No Surprises Act Disclaimer
I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance, though I can provide a superbill upon request. It is my ethical responsibility to inform you that you may be able to access services at a lower cost through your insurance provider.
The No Surprises Act requires health care professionals to provide a Good Faith Estimate, which I share at the beginning of our work. Therapy is typically ongoing and weekly at the rates listed above, though the length and structure of treatment may change depending on your needs.
Therapy That Makes Room For Complexity.
As a psychotherapist, I help people develop a clearer understanding of themselves and their experiences.
Every person's story is different, so my approach is tailored to the individual.
I integrate harm reduction principles with an insight-oriented approach, particularly when working with chronic illness, chronic pain, substance use, sexuality, and other experiences that can feel difficult to navigate.
I take an eclectic approach, drawing from relational, psychodynamic, postmodern, and feminist frameworks.
Meaningful therapy begins with feeling safe enough to be fully yourself. My hope is to create a space where curiosity gradually replaces self-judgment and where the ways you've adapted to life's experiences can be understood with compassion.
Training and Experience
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California and New York, a Certified Addictions Treatment Counselor (CATC-IV), and an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist. I earned my Master's degree from the Smith College School for Social Work and completed advanced training in relational psychotherapy through the Women's Therapy Centre. For more than twenty years I've worked across community mental health, hospitals, intensive outpatient programs, and private practice. Those experiences continue to shape my work today.
